Bathrooms are our most-requested project. From a tired guest bath to a full gut remodel, we handle demo, plumbing, tile, vanities, lighting, and fixtures — and we keep the job site clean and on schedule. You deal with one person from first call to final walkthrough.
We take on kitchen work here and there — a few solid projects a year rather than a production line. That means your project gets real attention: new cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring, and lighting, done carefully and cleaned up daily.
Cracked walls, water-stained ceilings, popped screws, old additions — drywall is the unglamorous work that makes every other upgrade look good. We patch, hang, tape, mud, and sand to a finish that's ready for paint.
Paint is the cheapest big transformation a house can get — when it's prepped right. We fill, caulk, prime, and cut clean lines before a drop of color goes up, inside and out. Flat, satin, semi-gloss — we'll tell you what belongs where.
Finish carpentry is the craft you see every day — crisp baseboards, tight miters, crown molding, wainscot, built-ins, and shelving. It's where a house starts feeling finished instead of just new.
A sticking door or a drafty front entry gets noticed every single day. We replace interior and exterior doors — prehung or slab — including hardware, locks, and weatherstripping, and we fix the frame while we're at it.
LVP is the coastal favorite for a reason — it's waterproof, tough on sand, and looks great. We remove the old floor, level the subfloor, and install click-lock or glue-down plank with tight, clean transitions between rooms.
We take small siding and repair jobs — storm damage, rot, loose boards, and animal holes — where bigger companies send a whole-house crew. We match what's on your house and make the repair disappear.
A ground-level deck is the fastest way to add usable outdoor space to a coastal lot. We build low decks with pressure-treated or composite materials — solid footings, proper spacing, and hardware that survives salt air.
An outdoor shower keeps the sand where it belongs — outside. We design and build cedar enclosures, add plumbing and drainage, and make it look like it's always belonged to the house.
