Our story
Built one job at a time.
Southerly H.I. — by the owner, for the job.
The trade years
Learning the trades
Dave spent years doing the hands-on work — drywall, paint, trim, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens — learning how houses come together and what separates good work from fast work.
Southerly is born
Southerly Home Improvements
Named after the south wind, built on a simple idea: answer quickly, quote fairly, do the work personally, and leave the house better than you found it.
